HELP TO REBUILD VILLAGES OF KHERSON REGION

Ukrainian filmmakers are helping to rebuild villages that suffered from the Russian occupation.
The villages in the Kherson region suffered a lot since the Russian army attacked Ukraine and occupied the area, torturing and killing local people, and destroying their homes. A lot of people hear about the city Kherson, but there are a lot of small villages in Kherson region that also suffered a lot from occupation and shellings.
The russian troops left the territory destroyed, houses and fields mined. Despite all this people are coming back, trying to rebuild their lives.
We are inspired by the amazing energy and love for their fields in the people of Kostromka, Bilogirka and Davydiv Brid.
With the following project we, the team he Charity Organisation "Women' Forum’’, want to help villagers to rebuild their houses. We believe that with our help the inhabitants will have a chance to continue with their lives in their native land and home and save their community.
Since launching in 2023, we are currently helping to reconstruct 18 homes in 3 liberated villages. But there are many more that still need our support, and we're looking forward to helping restore as many houses as possible in 2024.
Who we are? Charity Organisation "Women' Forum’’ is a team of volunteers: Sophiya Doroshenko, Xenia Vynogradova, Mariya Khomyakova, Oleksandra Hlushchenko, Tetyana Kononenko and Yelizaveta Smith. All of us are involved professionally in film making and volunteer parallel to our main work. We invite you to join us in building a better future for southern Ukraine.
