My name is Annas and I am trying to help my family to evacuate out of Gaza.
Unfortunately, I cannot just evacuate a person from Gaza like what regular people would, even if you are citizen of another country, you have to pay to a "Travel Agency in Egypt" to get you listed on the allowed to travel through Gaza/Egypt border.
It currently costs $ 5,000 USD per person to evacuate to Egypt, as of now, meaning, unfortunately the costs fluctuate as this is the reality Gazans have to live in, yes, it can reach the double, or even triple, they set the price for freedom and safety if you can afford to.

Update:
The funds will be used for evacuating family from Gaza to Egypt as destruction is increasing and non-stop bombings, the Gaza home was damaged more and saving the family out of the danger zone to Egypt is the best way to help.
Currently, coordination fees to evacuate through Egypt which will be paid to a travel agency in Egypt, called Hala starts with $5,000 USD per person
Costs breakdown (Plus the ones from my savings):
- $5,000 USD per person for travel permit, total for 7 people = $35,000 USD
- GoFundMe Fees: (2.9% + $0.30) = $1,450.30
- Currency Exchange: $35,000 USD to CAD = $50,000 CAD
- SWIFT Transfer fees = N/A but it will cost at least $100 USD
- Flight itinerary for myself to fly to Cairo and get coordination done with the travel agency, as they only can work with immediate family member and in person around $1600 CAD roundtrip between Toronto and Cairo
- Housing for couple of weeks, depends on the ETA for the travel agency to get the approval and list the names on the border for the family member to exit $500-$800 CAD

Once they crossed, the following fees will be added:
- One way EgyptAir to destination Flight >> 1200 $ CAD >> for 7 people >> 8400 $ CAD
- Visa Application fee >> 185 >> 185*7 = 1295 $ CAD
- Monthly Housing in Cairo while waiting for visa processing >> 40,000 EGP = 1100 $ CAD for three months >> 1100*3 = 3300 $ CAD
- Monthly living expenses and bills >> 40,000 EGP = 1100 $ CAD for three months >> 1100*3 = 3300 $ CAD
Total expenses for 3 months in Cairo>> 8400+1295+3300+3300= $16,295 CAD
The family size is 7, all female, currently moved after got hit with airstrikes at least twice and end up in a shelter house
