Hello , I’m Besan Hussein, 20 years old , A dreamer and a Palestinian Dental student from Gaza.

I graduated from high School with 96.1%, I brought joy inside my home and in the heart of my family because I excelled with an excellent grade.

And completed the first year in university with excellence and a passion, I was woke up early every day full of energy and vitality to start a new day filled with dental adventures, and mastered my practical subjects with love and passion.

But due to the war and destroyed all of universities in Gaza, I became A hopeless and hope to return to studying dentistry with a passion.

The university I attend, Al-Azhar University, along with all its campuses in the Gaza Strip, has been demolished, and academic study will be stopped for several years due to the war and devastation.

Hence, my only option is to begin my studies anew, yet the challenge lies in the exorbitant expenses amidst the current dire circumstances in Gaza.

My father lost his job as a pharmacist because the pharmacy where he worked was destroyed, the neighborhood where we live has been completely devastated and is now uninhabitable, in addition to other financial responsibilities, like my mother's treatment and my siblings' educational expenses, So my dad now can't afford my education.

What I ask of you today is to help me start my future and achieve my dream, which is to study dentistry.

I have a love and passion for this profession, a great ambition, and a goal I want to achieve.
