Help to pay legal fees for child custody case

Hi, my name is Nick Shutts and I am humbly asking for any donation you could find in your heart to spare to help me pay my legal fees in my ongoing child custody case and fight to protect my daughter Haley and enforce our current court ordered parenting time.

I have not seen my daughter since October 3rd. Despite the current legal parenting time court order, my daughter and I have been denied our time together over and over again.

This has been an ongoing issue for my daughter's entire life and I have been fighting in court to protect my parenting rights and ensure that my daughter has the right to a loving relationship with both of her parents since she was an infant.

Over the last year, I have exhausted myself not only financially but emotionally as well. I will not give up my fight to be a consistent presence and loving father to my daughter Haley, but I cannot endure the financial burden to continue the legal process much longer.

I hate even asking for help in this way but I am putting my own pride aside and asking on behalf of Haley. I am so appreciative of the support and kind words I have received from so many of you. You have no idea how much it has helped to encourage me to remain strong for my daughter. I genuinely thank you for your support and greatly appreciate anything you may be able to contribute to this cause.
