Help to pay credit card

My mom opted to pay off what my sister charged on my credit card for car repairs, but the fact of the matter is that both me and my sister made other charges that we're going to be responsible for.

Some of my charges were small and frivolous, but the bulk of my charges were for gas and groceries because I couldn't afford it with real money while paying some of my bills. I was afraid it would come to this and now I'm further and further into a hole.
