Help to move and relocate

This is the deal. I've been permanently laid off. Also, I'm not the only one to take the hit. They swept through the front office, starting with the President, and followed through to all of the building's that are affiliated around and near. It's a hard hit that I can't do. There are no jobs around here.
I've been trying to save the money to get us moved because this house is filled with mold, including black mold. We've been sick for a while and we means the fur butt's, too. The landlord doesn't care and just keeps raising the rent as he builds more apartment building's. He knows he keeps us trapped here and I think he enjoys it.
I need help. I have no way of maintaining, getting us out and relocating to a better area for the job market. This is a bad time of year and I don't know what else to do.
My fur babies need out. They need to be away from this sickening mold.  We need to be away from it.
