Hi my name is Peter. This photo is of my wife Heidi that I took today, hopefully of her last operation. She has had two previously. She would muderlize me if she saw I took this picture and posted it. She is usually all glamed up and dancing around. She describes herself as being loud and we boujee. You definitely know when she enters the room. Breast cancer and it's treatment has taken that away. We were married in October of 2021. Before we even had the chance to celebrate our first anniversary, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, after having a routine mammogram. She kept a brave face, put on a smile and faced everything head on. She did really well for quite a while but after her first surgery, we found out her margins weren't clear and she had another operation to clear more breast tissue. Then came the 12 rounds chemo and different infusions because chemotherapy doesn't just kill the cancer it throws your whole body out of whack. She tried working from home for a while and everything was working out but a body can only take so much. Now without her working we face a mounting pile of bills. I work 2 jobs and do everything I can to keep us afloat but it just isn't enough. She feels bad that she can't work and I feel bad that I can't give her more. I don't act like asking for help but I've reached the point where I have to reach out for assistance. Your donation would go towards getting my bills paid down and taking care of late fees so I can least bring us current and keep us there for at least 2 months until we get our tax refund and Heidi should be able to work at least part-time after that.
