My brother and sister in law spent 9 months full of joy and excitement, ready to welcome a beautiful baby girl into their family. On April 1,2021, my sister in law went into active labor. My almost 5 year old nephew was so very excited to meet his new baby sister Skyler Ren. At 3:09pm my sister in law was admitted to the AV labor department in active labor. By 3:27pm the Nurses turned off the baby monitor and informed my sister in law that they could not find Skyler’s heart beat. We were all in disbelief, so we waited for an ultrasound. After two ultrasounds, the doctors were sure and put my sister in law in a room to proceed with a natural birth of what they knew would be a stillborn. 
 On April 2nd at 8:13pm, my brother and sister in law gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl. Skyler Ren Proctor was born at 8:13pm weighing 5 pounds 11 ounces and 20 inches long. 
 Tragically, upon being born, Skyler was also gone. What should have been a joyous beautiful moment was shattered.
 And to make a horrible situation worse, the attending Dr was so cold. Before my sister in law could even hold her beautiful baby, the Dr wanted her to decide whether or not to do an autopsy.
 Yes, an autopsy will be done, and now this beautiful family is faced with making burial arrangements for a beautiful angel.
 Now I am here to help ease a fraction of their burden so that they can use this time to greave. 
 They were not prepared for this, as nobody ever is. So we are asking for compassion and help from  everyone who is able, to lay this beautiful baby to rest.
