April 28 2019 my boyfriends sister had her life dream come true, after 10 years of being told she would never have children, Her and her fiancé Devin brought beautiful Ariyah-Jean into this world. Ariyah was an extraordinarily happy bundle of joy, she was always smiling and giggling, hardly ever screaming or crying. If anyone around her was feeling down, she would always make everyone smile with her beautiful little laugh.  March 6th 2020 Ariyah came down with a unexplained fever, with in hours her fever had risen to 104.5, Keryn immediately called an ambulance, before they arrived it started to take a very bad turn for the worse, she started to become lethargic and was just lying on the bed not able to keep her eyes open. When she arrived at the hospital they began multiple thorough tests to find out what was going on,  The doctors had found she had acid in her blood stream from a result of listeria meningitis. After being medically induced into a comma she then needed assistance breathing, she needed to have a breathing tube put in. At approximately 8:15 p.m. the doctor had informed Keryn that Ariyah was stable and was being cleaned up and that she could see her as soon as the nurses were done. Minutes go by and Keryn was able to go see her, while sitting in the waiting room we heard her start to scream, when she walked back there Ariyah crashed and the first thing she saw was that they were doing CPR on her beautiful little girl, the doctor then told Keryn that Ariyah would not make it. Shortly after that while Sean and I were in the room Ariyah had spent her last breathing moments with her Uncle Sean and I holding his hand. Due to the unexpected tragedy the family needs help with any donations appreciated to cover expenses to lay her to rest.
