My dear friend Abel was unfairly detained by ICE agents during one of the recent immigration raids in Los Angeles while he was simply going to work — like he does every day to support his family. Abel is not a criminal. He is a hardworking man, a loving father, a loyal friend, and a respected member of our community. He is known for his kindness, his honesty, and his quiet dedication to doing the right thing.

This could have happened to anyone. Abel pays his taxes, follows the law, and contributes to this country in every way he can. And yet, he is now fighting for his freedom and his right to stay with his family — and he needs our help.

We are raising money to help cover the legal fees for an immigration attorney who can defend Abel and bring him home. Every dollar counts. Every share matters. Abel’s wife and children are waiting for him, and they can’t do this alone.
