On June 1st 2021 Billy and I were on our way back from the DMV in Mariposa CA and on our way home a driver made a sudden left hand turn in front of Billy giving him no time to react.  Billy hit the Van head on went into the windshield and flipped 2 full rotations over the van landing on the street.  Billy's injuries are a broken left tibia, a right shattered knee,pulmonary contusions to both lungs, three broken ribs, and a torn ligament in the left ankle. His bike was totaled in the accident.  Billy has been a great friend to many in the riding community always willing to lend a hand he has helped me rebuild my bike both times I've been down as well as helping many others and running many successful motorcycle pages, and parts pages like the GSXR Zone, Gsxr 600/750 parts, GSXR 1000 parts for sale, and many others.  Billy makes his living by servicing and repairing motorcycles he will be out of commission for quite some time while recovering and unable to make a living or pay his rent.  I ask all of my fellow riders out there who can contribute to this cause will to help out a big member of our community.  Billy is now home but will be stuck in a wheelchair while both his legs recover.
