Hello, my name is Brandon Mendoza, and I am from Mexico. Currently, I am in a difficult physical condition. Years of excessive physical strain, starting from my teenage years up to the present day, along with demanding jobs and several accidents, left me with lasting issues in my back, shoulder, and joints. On top of that, I also struggle with very poor eyesight, some hearing difficulties, a genetic predisposition to Type 2 diabetes, and skin problems similar to dermatitis that I was never able to properly treat due to the limited medical services available in the region where I was born and raised.

To be honest, it is very embarrassing for me to admit all of this and ask for help. It is not really about pride or ego — I genuinely grew up with the idea that “you should never ask for help, not even if you are dying.” Now that I understand life a little better and times have changed, I have realized that asking for help is not wrong, as long as it is done with respect, humility, and sincerity.

Now that I am far away from my small hometown and working in the city, I have learned about the many options that could help me improve my quality of life and prevent my pain and health issues from becoming even more severe or chronic. Unfortunately, money is not easy to earn, especially in a country like Mexico.

Hola, mi nombre es Brandon Mendoza y soy de México. Actualmente me encuentro atravesando una situación física complicada. A lo largo de varios años, desde mi adolescencia hasta el día de hoy, los trabajos físicamente exigentes, el esfuerzo excesivo y algunos accidentes me dejaron secuelas en la espalda, hombros y articulaciones. Además, también tengo problemas de visión, algunas dificultades auditivas, predisposición genética a la diabetes tipo 2 y problemas en la piel similares a dermatitis, los cuales nunca pude tratar correctamente debido a las limitadas opciones médicas disponibles en la región donde nací y crecí.

Para ser completamente honesto, me cuesta mucho admitir todo esto y pedir ayuda. No se trata de orgullo o ego; simplemente crecí con la idea de que “uno nunca debe pedir ayuda, incluso cuando la está pasando mal”. Con el tiempo he comprendido que pedir apoyo no tiene nada de malo, siempre y cuando se haga con humildad, respeto y sinceridad.

Ahora que estoy lejos de mi pequeño pueblo natal y trabajando en la ciudad, he descubierto que existen muchas formas de mejorar mi calidad de vida y evitar que estos problemas se conviertan en dolores aún más severos o condiciones crónicas en el futuro. Lamentablemente, conseguir dinero no es sencillo, especialmente en un país como México.
