Hi folks, this is Donovan, and my younger brother and best friend for my entire life, Dusty, passed away suddenly yesterday. To make matters worse, I was just laid off from my job of 10 years last week, so honestly, I don't currently have a way to cover the funeral expenses and memorial costs and help with some of the bills I have to cover now.

If we can get enough, I would like to have him buried; if not, we'll have to go the cremation route, which, as anyone who has been through this themselves knows, is not cheap either.

Once I know what the budget is, I can also more easily plan the memorial, which is likely to have a lot of attendees. While everyone fights and disagrees from time to time, there isn't a person alive who didn't love Dusty. He was always willing to help where he could and fiercely cared about friends and family.
