Help us get off the freeway and moving again

Hey there guys,

Last Friday our family left for a family trip to California. We arrived in Redding late late Friday and began having an awesome time. We went to bethel on Sunday and had an amazing encounter with God (all six of us no joke)

Then we left bethel to go to our next and last destination for the week. Cresent city, CA to be in the redwoods all week till Thursday before we head through Oregon to get home.

We rented a cute little travel trailer.

Well we were about two hours away from our campsite when James vehicle showed engine issues. So we took several stops and breaks to take it easy. As it seemed okayish, we decided we should keep moving bc we were nearly an hour and half away and it was getting late.

Well, as we tried making it up a tiny hill, our engine crapped out, vehicle died and we were stranded on a freeway with our four kids. It was great.

James and Owen walked over a mile to get service because we had none also.

Thankfully we had emergency military flashers or whatever they call them because as the boys were walking to find help, it became dark. This is around 8 to 9 pm maybe now. As they're gone, I was stuck in the car with sawyer whose fever was spiking, he began vomiting, harlo was popping in her diaper, and isobel was hyperventilating as she tried helping me with her baby sis so I could try to control the vomit.

It was very very not fun.

Needless to say, a officer knocked on our window as we waited for the boys to return. He found James and helped pull our trailer a little more off the freeway. They then escorted all six of us to a holiday Inn a few miles down the road.

Here's why I made this...

Now our vehicle has crapped out.

We need to get our trailer to the campsite.

We have to figure out how to afford to fix the car and rent another vehicle to pull the trailer.

We are maxed out.

We also haven't had a family trip in YEARS. So we know the enemy is waging war on us being in unity and rest.

He's so dumb.

Anyhow..

We really need help.

And we want to help the kids get to the redwoods and eventually home.

And for them not to be totally traumatized by yesterday.
