Help to get Oxygen Concentrators for India

COVID is creating havoc in India and taking away lives.
Lot of effort is underway to procure medical equipment. While a lot of that effort is rightly directed towards supplying equipment to larger government and private hospitals, very little focus is going towards those small scale hospitals (& nursing homes) which have anywhere between 2-20 beds. These facilities are seeing a massive rush of patients without being fully equipped.
Who made this campaign - this has been created by Divya Laul Gupta & Ishan Gupta , who moved to the US from India in 2019. We are both Indian citizens who have spent majority of life in Delhi (our home). It pains us immensely to see the conditions of India currently and how the new wave is ruining lives of Indians across the country.
Aim of this campaign - this campaign is focussed on collecting money to buy Oxygen Concentrators at cost price from Paytm (a large fintech company & Ishan's ex employer, based in India). Paytm has placed an order already to import from China at a cost of ~$700 for a 10 litre machine. The concentrators will bought through this campaign will be distributed to the small hospitals in the New Delhi area. The distribution will be carried out by Ishan's doctor parents (Dr Rajiva Gupta & Dr Alka Gupta ) based in the Delhi region, who used to run one such hospital (Upchaar Wellness) till some time back. They are both busy serving the community at this point and helping out as many patients as they can.
Please fund with whatever amount you feel comfortable. The situation is urgent - so all support is super appreciated.
In a scenario that we are not able to get the supply of Oxygen concentrators from Paytm (reasons could be like over demand, border custom issues for import, etc), we will take all the money collected and put it towards one of the larger ongoing fundraising efforts (such as https://www.sewausa.org/Covid-19-India).
We will keep you informed of how the money is finally used and thank you in advance for your support.
Update- we had an initial goal of $20k. Seeing the tremendous response and generosity of our friends and family and many whom we don’t know, we have increased the goal to $30k. Each oxygen concentrator of $700 saves 4-6 people every month at this time. We hope to get more your support.
