Hello My name is Norma Avitia. I’ve come to open a GoFundMe page as I’m in need of help to raise money. My husband was born in Mexico, but was brought here to the United States as a child. Unfortunately he didn’t have status in the United States. My husband and I have been married almost 14 years now and have taken the step to get him legal in the United States, sadly at the end of July 2019 when we attended his visa interview we were missing documents which led him to be denied. With that my husband does have the chance to be a legal resident of the United States, But I’ll need some legal help to turn in the missing documents and have the final decision changed  to be able to get him back home. I kindly ask for help to raise the money to pay a lawyer so I can have my family back under one roof. We both are hard working people and have never been in any kind of trouble. Jairo and I have 3 children who are our world and with being separated the past year it has been rough on all of us. We simply look to do what’s right for our family and our community. We are so close to having my husband home and with the greatly appreciated help from God, friends, family, and even kind hearted strangers I know we can reach the goal! The goal amount covers attorneys fees and government fees. Thank you for your time.
