Help to get medication to get stable enough for surgery

As some of you know back in September 2024 I got the news that my cancer was back and had spread after 23 years in remission. Doctors told me I needed to do chemo to shrink the tumors then they can do surgery to remove them. In December 2024 I got an infection in my blood that put my chemo on hold till infection was gone, trying all these different medications that my insurance doesn’t want to cover. February 2025 I got 3 blood clots in my left leg. March 2025 my main tendon in my left arm is completely torn off the elbow bone that goes to the fingers, that needs surgery to repair it but it has to wait till surgery for the tumors to be removed first. My body has become very very weak and doesn’t want to fight anymore I’m afraid to think. I can’t afford any of these medications anymore and my insurance doesn’t want to cover anything unless there is a generic and of course none of these come in generic. I have tried GoodRX but they help but some of them still are $300 for 30 day supply. I’m lost not sure what else to do. Myself and my kids want their happy normal mom back but I have to get through this first. If anyone could help out so I could get the medication for the next 30 days I would greatly appreciate it, if not I understand please just keep me in your prayers. Thank you so much
