Help to support Sharon during her treatment

Hi our names are Mandy and Donna and we are doing this Go fund me for Mandy's sister Sharon Marie Heffernan who will be turning 54 in June.

Sharon has been fighting cancer for the past 5 Years. Sharon's fight began in 2019 when they discovered she had breast cancer. Her Treatment and operation seemed successful but then in 2021 it returned in her spine and Sharon was told that this was terminal but treatable. Since then the cancer has spread to numerous parts of Sharon's body but she has been fighting all this time and has such a positive attitude and continues to fight daily.

Unfortunately in the past 6 months she has been advised that the cancer is now in her liver.

Treatment in the UK is very limited to what they can offer and Sharon has researched all her options abroad and has found that in Germany there is a Specialist for radiotherapy-radiation oncology who has treated patients in Sharon's position and their cancer is now dormant.

Unfortunately this treatment is £4000.00 each time and Sharon will need around about 5 sessions to start with to see if it has any affect. Without this treatment Sharon's future will be shortened. So myself and Mandy are hoping to raise as much funds as possible to ensure Sharon get the best treatment possible for her to spend precious time with her 2 Children and 2 grandchildren, family and friends and to make some precious memories.

We are also going to try to get donations of things to auction off. We will add these on here or send details how we will be doing this soon.
