At Surrey Missing Pet Support CIC, we are looking to fund the purchase of a specialised transport vehicle to help better serve our Surrey community. This will be vital in assisting missing pets, as well as found pets who need treatment or care. The vehicle is fitted with specialist crates for the safe transporting of animals including its own ventilation and air conditioning system. The vehicle is also big enough to transport larger equipment items such as traps and monitoring equipment. We will also be able to safely transport RTA and deceased pets- rather than using personal cars- for reuniting with owners.

We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, and our sole focus is to benefit the wide Surrey community of pet owners if they are ever in the unfortunate position of losing their pet. We offer a free range of support from poster printing, pins, tapes, perishable food items for food bases as well as live monitoring equipment.

We rely on donations, gifts, corporate sponsorship and fundraising activities- and everything we receive is guaranteed to benefit the Surrey community.

We will also be providing support to the various professional and volunteer based organisations throughout Surrey such as Dog Wardens and DogLost Surrey. We are currently fundraising for specialist equipment, such as trail cameras and traps, to be loaned by experienced operators within Surrey- currently most equipment needed is loaned from other Counties- which can cause considerable delays in those first vital days when a pet goes missing.

As an officially registered Community Interest Company, we have passed a strict application process to show and prove how we will be benefitting Surrey, and likewise we will be submitting yearly accounts and reports to demonstrate the contribution to the Surrey community. We also have authorised welfare access to microchip databases to facilitate quick reunions.
