My name is Promise, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of hope and urgency for my beloved husband, Ike.

Ike is not just my partner in life, he is a present, devoted father to our one year old daughter, a gentle soul with a heart full of love, and the kind of man who lights up a room with his quiet strength.

But now, his life is hanging in the balance.

Ike has been diagnosed with kidney disease and urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. Dialysis has kept him going, but it’s no longer enough. The cost of the transplant and ongoing treatment is far beyond what we can afford alone.
