Hey folks,

I am trying to get money to file/pay for an attorney for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. That will give me a breather by setting me up with one payment to focus on. When the 5-year plan is finished, I will be making nearly double what I am now. So this isn't kicking the can down the road, but giving myself a fresh start.
