Help with legal fees to fight Contempt

Hi, my name is Erica, and I am creating a GoFundme to help with my daughter's lawyer/court fees. My daughter has been trying to stay quiet about her court battle as she doesn't want to hurt her case. At this point, she needs all the support she can get as she fights for what is my granddaughter's best interest. My granddaughter's father is in high conflict and will not co-parent peacefully. At this point, he has the court system fooled and is trying to make my daughter look like the bad guy as she tries to fight for the best interest of their daughter. She is in contempt for taking my granddaughter to the emergency room. They then found her in contempt for not taking my granddaughter to a passport appointment while my daughter had a temporary Domestic Violence Protection Order. The court said it seemed to be in bad faith. Even with everything going on, my daughter had tried to come to a settlement to regroup mentally and financially. Even after coming to a settlement, he is coming after her for a THIRD contempt. If she is found in contempt again there could be serious consequences. My daughter needs help to hire an experienced lawyer to fight this.

My daughter's stress is becoming unbearable, and I would like to organize some help to try to relieve some of it. My daughter is drained financially after her court battle last year. This battle is a parent's worse nightmare.

My daughter is a very kind and giving person. Her daughter is her world. She is working as much as she can to try to bounce back after last year. She still does not have enough to fight this. She would never ask for help, but I know she needs it as she has a lot to lose if she can not get things turned around in court. If you do not know, court fees and lawyers fees are so high that this battle has taken a toll on my daughter financially and mentally.
