YNET Meron tragedy told from the young children

Baruch Dayan Haemet. My first cousin, Rabbi Ariel Tzadik z"l (Ariel ben Nissan ve Malka) was one of the 45 beautiful souls that we sadly lost on Lag BaOmer (18 Iyar 5781) in Mt. Meron, Israel. He was 56 and left behind a wife and 5 young children. He was righteous and pure in every way, and was a big baal chesed, devoted to Torah and mitzvot his whole life.  As an active member of the Chabad community in Jerusalem, he was always looking for ways to help other people in need. He was very active in arranging Torah classes for mekuravim. He devoted his energy to the Rebbe’s mivtzoim, and to the mivtzah of Tefillin in particular. He had a weekly mivtzoim route where he would go every Friday to help Yidden lay Tefillin, and would regularly volunteer at the Chabad Tefillin stand at the Kotel. May his neshama have the highest aliyah in Gan Eden.

Hashem's reasons we don’t know, but we can come together to do something extra in the honor of these Tzadikim we lost in Israel. In my cousin's honor, I created a gofundme page to help his family during this difficult time. Please find it in your hearts to do a kind deed/chesed/mitzvah to help. The mitzvah of helping a widow and orphans is more than you know.  So I humbly ask my fellow brothers and sisters to please unite and help in any way you can. Please know, 100% of the funds raised will go directly to my cousin’s immediate family.  Thank you in advance, and may we only hear good news from each other.
