Help to cover Loki’s operating cost

18 week old Loki the puppy husky got attacked by another dog while out.

His leg was broken in two places by the initial attack and as the owner tried to get him back it got loose again and attacked a second time biting him, myself and my pregnant girlfriend. 

the owner fled with his dog taking zero 
responsibly leaving us all in shock and our puppy in severe pain.

added to poor luck, my pet insurance was cancelled a week ago due to a missed
monzo payment!

any help to cover the intense vet bill
