Help to Cover Dental Treatment

Hello. My name is Percy, though a lot of you may know me through my given name, which I have chosen to stop using. I am trying to gain the funds for my dental treatment.

It has been 3 years since I’ve last visited the dentist, due to my mental health declining and my inability to care for my teeth. After going to the dentist for the first time, I was made aware of multiple issues I had going on revolving around sensitive teeth and gums, as wells as pain in my teeth. I knew my teeth were bad, but my mental state had dropped so badly that I couldn’t bring myself to even care about taking better care for my teeth. I’m working to get into a better havit of taking care of my teeth, but my failure to take care of them has resulted in me getting multiple cavities that need fillings, a crown, and even one tooth that needs to be pulled out as soon as possible. I have already tried doing this under a cheaper dentist, but my anxiety and panic attacks wouldn’t even allow them to put on the numbing cream so they could remove my tooth. When we switched dentists, we knew insurance wouldn’t cover it as well as it had at dentistry 1, but the added bonus was that I needed to be put under sedation for the doctors to work on me. This is what made the bill go from what was suppose to be only $800 to $7,000. My family doesn’t have this sort of money, evening with our savings combined.

This is not something I am proud to write, and it’s very hard for me to ask, but right now, I don’t know what else to do. All of the money that will be donated will go directly into my treatment and nothing else. Any amount helps, no matter how big or small it is.
