We are the parents of baby Gafsah Gamiet, and we are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for support as we navigate this incredibly difficult time.

Gafsah was born on 19 December 2025. Shortly after her birth, she contracted NEC (Necrotising Enterocolitis) and Adenovirus while still in hospital. Due to the seriousness of her condition, she was transferred to Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt for more intensive and specialised care.

Since 18 January 2026, our little girl has already undergone three surgeries, with additional procedures still expected. She remains in the NICU, and at this stage, there is no confirmed discharge date in sight.

The funds raised will go directly towards covering doctor’s fees, hospital bills, and medical tests conducted during her stay. Unfortunately, our medical aid has only covered a small portion of these costs, leaving us with an overwhelming financial burden we were not prepared for.

We kindly ask for any assistance you may be able to offer. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a meaningful difference and brings us one step closer to continuing Gafsah’s care without the constant fear of financial strain.
