Help with food bills and rent for Jeff & bro Craig

I've been off work since May 7th with back problems, can't go back to work, my insurance Co wouldn't give me my long-term disability, and now I have my brother Craig is living with me who has Alzheimer's and Dementia, can't file for Food Stamps until mid December, trying to file for S.S.D.
Just need some help to make sure my brother is fed and housed properly until we can get him into a facility.
