On the 8th of October Ernest's body was discovered in the Commons in Southampton. The police investigation found that he was brutally murdered a few weeks earlier. This tragic news devastated Ernest's family and left them heart-broken.

Whilst the police investigation is ongoing, Ernest's family is making arrangements to bring him home and lay him to rest surrounded by family. The cost of cremation and transportation quoted by the funeral company are significant, and exceed Ernest's family's ability.
