My son, Ben Szilagyi has been selected to the tournament roster to represent Great Britain Baseball at the U12 European Championship Qualifier to be held in Trnava, Slovakia, between July 3rd and 7th, 2024. A squad of 18-20 young players will represent Great Britain at the tournament and face the home nation Slovakia, Hungary and Israel in the first round of the competition.Great Britain Baseball is the national team of the British Baseball Federation and receives limited government funding. As such, the players have to self-fund the cost of the tournament, which is a substantial commitment.

All of the players have been working extremely hard to reach this level and now, I am seeking donations to help make sure that Ben is able to travel to Slovakia and represent Great Britain in this tournament.
