Help To Avoid Homelessness While Extremely Sick

Hey! my name’s Eliza, I’m 23 and my health has been declining quite rapidly over the last year which unfortunately took me out of work about 4-5 months ago due to extreme pain and symptoms. I’m now in a position of being evicted from my current home with nothing to fall back on. My body is deteriorating consistently and at the same time due to absolute necessity am working to be in a new full time work from home position. WFH is the only job type I can withstand with my current limitations. However I have nothing, no savings, no resources, familial or financial help. I need immediate help to avoid being homeless in a body that will simply not currently withstand much of anything physically. I’ve tried everything I can to avoid getting here in the body i’m in and at this point, I’m terrified and I need help. Through the last 2 years my physical health has massively declined, Ive been dealing with health issues since age 17 and it’s consistently become more extreme through the years. I left
my home on my 18th birthday due to absolute necessity and have been surviving and renting independently since. Through being sick i’ve been working full time up until about 4-5 months ago, and have been without financial support external from what was already raised on this fundraiser. Originally my doctors thought my Lupus was causing the majority of my issues and symptoms, but that unfortunately is a very small piece of what’s going on. I’ve deteriorated rapidly in the past year and with such limited resources am still struggling to access care. I’ve been hospitalized multiple times from my symptoms worsening. Most times from back to back cardiac events, and extreme kidney issues that have left me with chronic trouble breathing and extreme overall symptoms, stabbing heart/chest pain with movement. I have constant extreme pain through my overall body, but especially through my entire abdomen, chest, neck and head. I’ve gone months with insurance changes, due to limited resources and job changes and am now finally on state insurance fully active Sept 1st. If you know me personally you’re aware I have quite a genetic predisposition revolving health issues and that’s seemingly manifested itself. With these challenges the medical system has been very difficult to work with and receive care and treatment. I’ve now found myself in a terrifying, extremely unsafe situation within housing, finances and my medical care. With being evicted I need to be in a new place by October 1st and don’t have the funds to do so. I need immediate help to survive. I completely understand these are extremely hard times.
