Hello please help me out!

My name is TK and my beloved E-bike was stolen recently. I have had this bike for around 3 years and it is my primary form of transportation where I live in Los Angeles. I frequently use my bike to give friends rides to work, take my youth roller skate students (with their parents permission and supervision) on rides as a reward for doing good work in lessons, and for doing Uber Eats deliveries around my neighborhood.

My insurance company lowballed me stating that "if my bike had been outside my apartment I would have gotten enough to replace it but because it was outside of a friends house they would only cover 1/10th the value. I recently had my hours reduced at my primary job and without my E-Bike am not sure how to make ends meet while I am interviewing for new positions.

If you can please help me out in replacing my ride so I can get back to work and spreading joy with it around my community.
