TJ is my son, and he’s been fighting for his life with incredible strength and determination. In January 2026, his liver specialists were hopeful that with his ongoing efforts to keep his health on track, the damage to his liver could be repaired and a transplant wouldn’t be necessary. TJ made major lifestyle changes and stayed committed to his health, but despite all his efforts, his condition didn’t improve. After months of doctors appointments and hospital stays without answers, TJ decided to return home to Texas to seek medical care here. He was admitted to the hospital right away, and shortly after, we learned that he was in end stage liver failure. He has been in the hospital for over two weeks now, and his health continues to decline. In order to survive, TJ needs a liver transplant as soon as possible. His insurance will cover about half of his medical care once his high deductibles are met, but the costs are overwhelming.

100% of the funds raised will go directly toward TJ’s medical expenses. Our family is doing everything we can to cover the rest, but we need help to make sure TJ gets the care he needs.

TJ is only 37 years old and has so much more to give to the world. He’s a loyal friend, he loves spending time with family, and is an incredibly sensitive soul.
