Help Billie - funeral costs for husband

Donation protected

Meet TJ. He recently was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer that spread to lesions on his liver and a tumor on his spine.

He has been with my aunt Billie Johnson for over 24 years. TJ has spent a majority of his career serving his community as a sheriff. But he can no longer work.  He’s a father to 3 of his own adult children and has a blended family with Billie who has 3 more daughters. They have 8 grand babies that they love so much. He recently was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer that spread to lesions on his liver and a tumor on his spine. He has been undergoing intense treatment for months. The go to City of Hope for cancer treatments. Billie’s work schedule has been reduced to care for her husband, both to take him to treatments and to care for him at home. It’s been a rollercoaster in a lot of different ways. Their bills are starting to pile up, they have medical bills increasing and they would also like to get their new dog certified as a service dog.

The money raised will go towards covering their monthly bills first and then to get the dog certified, then to start paying towards the medical bills.

They didn’t want to ask for help and seem like they're begging, and I have limited ability to help much more, so I thought of this as an option and hope as a community we can come together, pitch in, and help them. It will give them hope which will help him beat the cancer, it will reduce stress and help them get back to being more productive, healthy and happy, and it will increase their quality of life. They still have 1 child at home and this will help them care for her.

I’d be so grateful for any support - including prayers, shares, and any amount of money donated. I know they would be so incredibly grateful as well.
