On March 12 2026 me and Xavier had to make the toughest decision of our lives and send our beloved Titan to heaven
Titan developed cancer that was developing like wildfire and ultimately was suffering since February 19. We couldn’t get a clear diagnosis in the beginning but after extensive testing and his body failing all medications the vets declared that he did in fact have lymphoma.
We watched Titan struggle to eat, to not eating in 3 weeks, vomit 5-6/ day, drop 10lbs, lose interest in everything and watched his quality of life slip away right before our eyes. On his very last day his breathing became shallow, he looked very uncomfortable, his eyes were filled with pain and he was refusing to drink water. We couldn’t watch him suffer anymore and wanted to selflessly end his suffering. Watching your first pet- who became a huge part of our family die is beyond heart breaking. And we thank everyone who donated, shared and supported us but with him now being gone forever we are still faced with more vet costs, cremation services and ER bills.
We hope that Titan rests in the sweetest peace and we will forever remember him and cherish all of the memories we had with him. There will always be a missing piece in our hearts and no other pet will ever replace Titan, we will miss him forever. Thank you so much
