Our beloved Aileen Lourdes “Tita Aileen” Lizada has always been a woman of courage, integrity, and heart. Many know her as a lawyer and public servant who dedicated her life to serving Filipinos with honesty, fairness, and compassion. From her years at the Office of the Ombudsman in Mindanao (OMB- MIN, ALL) to her leadership at the Land Transportation Franchising & Regulatory Board (LTFRB, BML) and later as Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC, Comm Ai).

Tita Aileen has stood firm for what is right, often speaking truth to power and championing the welfare of government employees.

But beyond her public roles, to us she is simply Tita Aileen—a nurturing presence, a source of wisdom, and someone who always puts others first. She has taken care of so many, whether it was fighting for ordinary workers, mentoring colleagues, or being the dependable friend and relative we could always count on.

Now, Tita Aileen is facing one of the hardest battles of her life. She has been diagnosed with Large B-Cell Lymphoma and is currently undergoing treatment in Singapore. Her chemotherapy includes six (6) POLA-R-CHP treatments, each cycle costing around 29,000 AUD. The financial toll is challenging, and despite her strength and resolve, she cannot face this fight alone.

This time, it’s our turn to take care of her: ALL, BML, Comm Ai to some.
