Hi, I am Tisha and I am trying to raise funds to assist in the effort

to alleviate the financial burden on medical expenses for a spinal back surgery.

Last year in August 2023, I was experiencing sciatica pain from my hip straight down my right leg, which was triggered by my lower back. Due to the pain I am unable to stand for more than a minute and walking has been difficult for me as I’ve been walking with a cane to assist me in this matter.

Completed a MRI in September 2023, which resulted in me having a right lateral recess,posterior disc protrusion at the right of L4 L5 /L5 S1.

The Doctor gave three (3) options:

1- Physiotherapy

2- Steroid Injections

3- Surgery

We did option one (1) for a few months which was not successful. Did another MRI last month July 2024, which resulted in comparison made with last year’s scan a large right annular tear

further increase resulting in an extended disc extrusion. The disc herniation has significantly increased. Due to the results surgery is the only option.

This has tremendously slowed me down and has affected my daily mobility. Also the pain has become very unbearable and the medication is not helping much in this matter.

The sooner I raise the funds the faster the surgery can be completed and I can be pain free and will be able to walk and stand properly again!
