Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out today to share the story of my incredible uncle, Wilson Enrique Lara, who is facing a difficult time and needs our help. It is hard to put into words the kind of person my uncle is, but I’ll try.

Tio Wilson has always been a source of strength, kindness, and inspiration to everyone who knows him. Whether he’s offering a helping hand to a neighbor, sharing a laugh with family, or going out of his way to make sure others are okay, he has a heart as big as they come.

Unfortunately, life has thrown my uncle a tough curveball. Recently, he moved to Mexico and started suffering with liver failure. He has a lot of liquid retained that the doctors have to flush out. The inflammation and pain is out of this world. Every visit is a different treatment and a bill… This unexpected challenge has left him in a difficult position, both physically and financially, and he’s now facing mounting medical bills, living expenses, and the stress of not being able to work or care for himself as he once did.

Despite the hardship, my uncle remains optimistic, resilient, and determined to fight through this. But even the strongest people need help sometimes. That’s why I’ve started this GoFundMe campaign—to ease the burden on him and give him the chance to focus on his recovery without the constant worry of financial strain.
