Tio Ruben, my uncle, was the backbone of our family. He was a loving person who cared deeply for his family and his pets, and he brought us together in so many ways. Ruben was a plant lover, filling his home with greenery and life, and he made holidays extra special by decorating his home beautifully. His warmth and creativity made every celebration memorable.

He had been battling stage four cancer for a couple of years, and his passing came much sooner than any of us expected. This has been a heartbreaking time for our family, and we are doing our best to honor his memory and take care of the cats and dogs he loved so much. My uncle’s final wishes was to be cremated. As a family, we want to honor him in the way he asked.

We are raising funds to help cover the costs of his funeral and to ensure his pets are cared for during this difficult transition. The expenses have added up quickly, and we want to make sure Tio Ruben’s pets continue to receive the love and attention he gave them every day. Your support will help us provide them with food, medical care, and a safe home, while also giving our family the chance to say goodbye to him with dignity.
