Tiny is a dog from the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation who was found shot today. She has a fracture of her femur. She is a sweet, loving dog who was shot by someone horrible who needs to be held accountable. If you have any information about who shot her, please report it to the authorities.
