Help Tiny See Again: Cataract Surgery Fund

Hey everyone, my name is Dylan and I am trying to raise money to get my dog's cataracts removed. I'm using the cost estimate our vet gave us and hoping to reach a few people.

My dog's name is Tiny. She is a miniature pinscher who is 10 years old. Recently, she's had sudden onset diabetes, which caused her to have to start insulin and lose all of her body fat. She went from 20 lbs to just 12. Sadly, while we were trying to get a handle on her health and figure out how to take care of her, she developed diabetic cataracts in both eyes. In just 2 weeks, she went from 95% vision in both eyes to around 20% and is having issues coping with the rapid changes.

Since she started her insulin routine, she's more energetic and playful than she has been in years, but she can't play with our kids because she simply can't see them. She'll gladly come to your voice, but if she doesn't know what is happening, all she can do is sit there and shake. Aside from that, she no longer sleeps in her favorite spots, instead hiding under our bed to avoid being surprised or being caught underfoot.

Tiny has been my friend for almost 10 years. She got me through COVID by always being by my side while I was stuck at home. She's been there to keep my kids safe and play with them, and she's hurting. All I want is for my best friend to be able to see again.
