My name is Patrice Blutcher, and many of you know me as Tinker Love Life on TikTok. I am reaching out for support during one of the most challenging periods of my life. I am seeking assistance to obtain legal representation and pursue an appeal regarding allegations of cybercrime, domestic violence, and harassment. I maintain that I was wrongly accused and that I did not have a fair opportunity to adequately prepare and present my defense. I was given approximately 14 hours to prepare for a court hearing involving serious allegations that could have a lasting impact on my future. In that limited time, I was expected to gather evidence, understand legal procedures, and defend myself. I also maintain that I was never served with a cease-and-desist notice through mail, personal service, or any other method before the legal proceedings. Because of this, I believe I was not given a meaningful opportunity to address concerns before the matter escalated. This situation has created emotional, financial, and personal hardships. I am now trying to move forward by seeking legal assistance to review my case and pursue an appeal through the proper legal channels.
