One Day at a Time: Help Our Family Through Cancer Treatment

Hello, my name is Tina, and I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask for help.

Recently, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer. Since receiving this diagnosis, my life has changed in ways I never expected. I am preparing for treatment and focusing on fighting this disease with everything I have.

At the same time, our family is facing significant financial challenges. My husband is currently between jobs, and I do not have any income coming in. As we work through doctor appointments, scans, treatments, and the many unknowns that come with a cancer diagnosis, we are struggling to keep up with everyday expenses.

We are asking for help with basic necessities such as:

- Rent and utility bills

- Groceries and household essentials

- Transportation to medical appointments

- Medical expenses not covered while we work through insurance and Medicaid

- Other day-to-day costs that continue while I focus on treatment and recovery

Asking for help is not easy for me, but I know I cannot do this alone. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help ease some of the financial stress on our family and allow me to focus on what matters most: fighting cancer and being here for my husband, my children, and my grandchildren.
