My name is Tina, and I never imagined I’d be in a position where I needed to ask for help. Over the past few months, my life has been turned upside down by a series of severe health challenges. I’ve lost 50 pounds in just two months, can barely keep any food down, and my body temperature rarely goes above 95.5. My blood pressure and heart rate have been unstable, and I’ve been in and out of the hospital for procedures and transfusions. I even experienced a surprise miscarriage, despite having my tubes tied years ago, which was a shock both physically and emotionally.

On top of that, I’ve been diagnosed with chronic gastritis, severe anemia, and vitamin deficiencies that have left me exhausted and unable to sleep. My skin is blotchy, my hair is falling out, and I’m on more medications than I can count. The pain is constant, and even simple tasks like showering or walking to the bathroom are a challenge. I recently had a heart attack and now have a pericardial effusion, along with new ovarian cysts. The doctors have told me my situation is serious, and I’m doing everything I can to fight for my health and my family.

Because I can’t work right now, I’m struggling to pay basic bills and buy groceries for my kids. This has been a heavy burden to bear, but I’m still smiling and enduring, hoping for better days ahead. I’ve always tried to be strong and independent, but right now, I need help.
