Help Tina Recover from Tragic Loss and Surgery

- Hi, I am Tina. Asking for help is not easy. However this past year has been very hard for me. On Sept 29, 2023 I lost my son, he was tragically killed. This resulted in me missing quite a bit of work so I could grieve. Having to miss work is very hard on me financially as I am single with no help to pay my bills. In May of 2024 I had a bad fall after tripping over our dog. It caused a concussion, a broken nose and an injured knee. Causing me to miss another month of work. Then in August 2024, I had to have surgery on my cervical spine. Only 3 weeks later I had to have emergency surgery for a kidney stone. These two surgeries caused me to miss another 8 weeks of work. I have been trying to catch up with my bills but its just too much. I owe on medical/ hospital copays as well as past due bills. I have to have another surgery next month for an umbilical hernia. I need the copay for that surgery. Lastly, I just got news that my stress test was abnormal so I have to have a nuclear stress test which is another big copay. I had an echocardiogram done last month that I still owe the copay on. I had to quit my physical therapy for my neck after just a few visits because I couldn't afford the copays. I also had to stop therapy for my grief counseling for the same reason. With ongoing medical testing, surrgery and hospital visits I feel this is my only option. I can't have the testing, the surgery or catch up on my bills without help. The nuclear stress test may come with more procedures depending on the results. I just don't have anyone other option since I am disabled and I can only work limited hours. I need to humble myself and ask for help. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
