Help Tina and her Grandson find stable housing.

Tina is our wonderful friend from MoBtta Deli, just two doors down from Stronger Skatepark in the same building. She has been there making sandwiches, fries, and more for our community for a long time. Her grandson rides at Stronger regularly. They need our help!

Tina and her grandson are now facing homelessness as they flee domestic violence.

She has reached out to every agency and gotten on every list for support and housing, but the need is great and lists are very long (if they are open at all). Currently she is staying in a hotel that costs nearly $100 every night.

Tina could afford an apartment if she can get enough saved for the first and last months rent. She also has an immediate need to fund more time in the hotel so she doesn't end up on the streets or sleeping in her car.

No one in our community should be houseless due to violence, and we desperately want to see Tina and her grandson safe in a new apartment as quick as possible.

We are asking the Stronger Skatepark community and beyond to help this family out while they wait for more resources to possibly come through in the future.

We want to take care of our neighbors and we hope you will join us.

We would like to raise a bare minimum of $3,500 to cover first and last months rent for her, but there are so many more costs she needs to cover including the hotel each night until she can secure an apartment, moving related costs, furniture and other household items when she is settled.
