Help Timothy Recover from Severe Accident

This is my cousin Timothy. He was riding his bike and was hit by a vehicle, which left him there to die. He has a broken neck and they had to remove half of his skull. Timothy had just moved to Shawnee to try and make a better life for himself. He is currently at OU Hospital, highly sedated and on a ventilator. He has no insurance and everything will come out of pocket.
