. On April 13, I was involved in a head-on collision with an 18-wheeler. I suffered multiple rib fractures on both sides, in the front and back of my body, and I am unable to return to work for a while. The pain and uncertainty have been overwhelming, but I am doing my best to stay strong for my children , my monthly bills have kept piling up. My checking account went into the negative from automatic payments . Now, I am asking for help to cover medical bills, living expenses, gas to get to and from the doctor, and to put food on the table for me and my children while I recover.
