I am reaching out on behalf of my sister and her son, who are currently facing an exceptionally difficult time. Her 8-year-old son, Timothy, was just diagnosed a week ago with a rare type of brain cancer called Germinoma. It's a brain tumor that, although he's gotten surgery for, has traveled to his spine. He has been transferred to a hospital in Dallas for life-saving treatment, which he will be there for at least the next several weeks.

The situation is dire, and it will be a very long road. Unfortunately, adding to their circumstances, she was also diagnosed with lymphoma cancer 7 months ago at the age of 33. She is a single mother of three young boys and lost her job due to her diagnosis several months back. She has now also lost her apartment due to limited financial resources and the inability to work due to her own chemotherapy.

The financial strain is immense at the moment, and no parent should have to worry about funds for basic survival when facing something so unimaginable with their child. I am praying that we could get some donations to lighten the load on her during this time. Nothing is too small and would be so appreciated.
