Help timmy Battle from kidney disease

Hey, my name is Marianne and i have a cat named timmy that have gotten kidney disease. I have had Timmy in many years now and he is like a son to me, we have BEEN trough a lot together. So to loose timmy would be a huge loss for me. Please help me save timmy.
