Help Timberline Residents Fight for Fairness

We are a neighborhood in Jordan, Minnesota that recently learned about a proposed cold storage warehouse planned near our homes. Many local residents had no idea this was even being considered until after decisions were already moving forward. We believe this lack of communication has left our community without a fair voice in a project that will directly affect our daily lives.

This facility could bring significant increases in truck traffic, noise, and environmental risks that threaten the peace and safety of our neighborhood. We are particularly concerned about whether a proper environmental review was conducted and what long-term impact this project may have on the Timberline community.

To stand up for our community, we are hiring an attorney to carefully review local ordinances, state statutes, the zoning process, and communication requirements that may not have been properly followed. This legal support will help us ensure accountability and transparency from decision makers.

The attorney requires $2000 to begin, and every contribution will go directly toward legal fees (minus GFM costs). Your donation will give Timberline residents a fair chance to have our voices heard and protect the place we call home.
